Promocions Serradell S.L. is a family-run company founded in 1987 by local residents Joan Serradell Tressents and Marta Pumareda Castelló. Today, their daughter, Anna Serradell Pumareda, runs the business, keeping alive the original spirit: to offer welcoming spaces to live and enjoy the beauty of Llançà.
In its early years, the company focused on building second homes for holiday stays. Over time — and for more than 35 years — we have specialized in tourist rentals, managing eight apartments directly as a family, right by the sea, in one of the most peaceful and charming corners of the Costa Brava.
Right on the waterfront stands Les Tres Farelles, a building with direct sea views over three of Llançà’s most iconic coves: la Farella Gran, la Farella del Mig and les Tonyines. The sea is so close you only need to walk down a few steps for a swim.
Just behind it lies La Vinya Farella, home to five apartments facing the Mar d’Amunt. The name pays tribute to Grandfather Pitu, Josep Serradell Escarpanter, who for decades tended the vineyards that once covered this area.
Since childhood, our whole family has enjoyed the beauty of this privileged setting, and we personally take care of every detail to make our guests feel truly welcome.
