Today, their daughter, Anna Serradell Pumareda, runs the business, keeping alive the original spirit: to offer welcoming spaces to live and enjoy the beauty of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitllanca.cat\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Llan\u00e7\u00e0<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In its early years, the company focused on building second homes for holiday stays. Over time \u2014 and for more than 35 years \u2014 we have specialized in tourist rentals, managing eight apartments directly as a family, right by the sea, in one of the most peaceful and charming corners of the Costa Brava.<\/p>\n<p>Right on the waterfront stands Les Tres Farelles, a building with direct sea views over three of Llan\u00e7\u00e0\u2019s most iconic coves: la Farella Gran, la Farella del Mig and les Tonyines. The sea is so close you only need to walk down a few steps for a swim.<br \/>Just behind it lies La Vinya Farella, home to five apartments facing the Mar d\u2019Amunt.
