The tourist tax must also be paid in advance to speed up check-in.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>The security deposit, if applicable, will be stated in the booking. The agency has a maximum of one month to refund it after checking the accommodation. Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from negligent use.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Services provided<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p data-start=\"3668\" data-end=\"3694\">The rental price includes:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-start=\"3696\" data-end=\"3820\">\r\n<li data-start=\"3696\" data-end=\"3727\">\r\n<p data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3727\">Bed linen and towel service<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"3696\" data-end=\"3727\">\r\n<p data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"614\"><strong data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"544\">Weekly stays (7 nights or more):<\/strong><br data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"547\">Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"815\"><strong data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"651\">Stays of less than 7 nights:<\/strong><br data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"654\">Bed linen and towels are not included. A fixed mandatory fee of \u20ac60 applies, regardless of the number of guests. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs \u20ac90.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"3728\" data-end=\"3820\">\r\n<p data-start=\"3730\" data-end=\"3820\">Final cleaning (carried out by an external company following established health protocols)<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"3728\" data-end=\"3820\">Normal water and electricity consumption<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"3728\" data-end=\"3820\"><\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"3728\" data-end=\"3820\">Electric vehicle charging is not permitted<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-start=\"3822\" data-end=\"3877\"><strong data-start=\"3822\" data-end=\"3877\">CONDITIONS REGARDING HEATING AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"3879\" data-end=\"3913\"><strong data-start=\"3879\" data-end=\"3913\">1. Apartments with gas heating<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"3915\" data-end=\"3969\">The apartments are equipped with a gas heating system.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"3971\" data-end=\"4095\">Gas consumption is included in the rental price, provided it is used responsibly and in accordance with normal domestic use.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"4097\" data-end=\"4149\">Non-responsible use includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-start=\"4151\" data-end=\"4321\">\r\n<li data-start=\"4151\" data-end=\"4205\">\r\n<p data-start=\"4153\" data-end=\"4205\">Keeping the heating on with windows or doors open.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"4206\" data-end=\"4259\">\r\n<p data-start=\"4208\" data-end=\"4259\">Continuously using excessively high temperatures.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"4260\" data-end=\"4321\">\r\n<p data-start=\"4262\" data-end=\"4321\">Leaving the heating on during prolonged absences of guests.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-start=\"4323\" data-end=\"4512\">In such cases, the property reserves the right to charge the guest for excessive consumption, either through direct billing or deduction from the security deposit, with prior justification.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"4514\" data-end=\"4561\"><strong data-start=\"4514\" data-end=\"4561\">2. Terraced houses without a heating system<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4628\">The terraced houses do not have a fixed heating system installed.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"4630\" data-end=\"4733\">Guests may use electric radiators, either provided by the property or brought by the guests themselves.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"4735\" data-end=\"5007\">Electricity consumption resulting from the use of electric radiators is not included in the rental price and will be billed separately, according to the actual consumption recorded or according to the calculation system indicated at the time of booking or during the stay.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"5009\" data-end=\"5115\">Making a reservation implies that the guest has read, understood, and expressly accepted these conditions.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Optional services (subject to prior booking and availability):<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>Baby cots.................................. 15,00\u20ac\/cu<\/span><span><br><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>High chairs................................15,00\u20ac\/cu<\/span><span><br><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Booking cancellation<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Cancellation penalties:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>More than 30 days before arrival: \u20ac100 management fee<\/span><span><br><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>Between 30 and 16 days before: 25% of total amount<\/span><span><br><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>Between 15 and 8 days before: 50%<\/span><span><br><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>7 days or fewer, or in case of no-show: 100%<\/span><span><br><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Check-in and check-out<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Accommodation will be available from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Schedules may be flexible in low or mid-season, subject to availability and prior authorization from the agency.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Key collection will take place directly at the accommodation via a secure key box.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled day and does not notify in advance, the booking will be considered cancelled without compensation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>It is not permitted to accommodate more people than the maximum authorized capacity.<\/span><span><br><\/span><span> Pets are not allowed, except with express authorization.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>The guest agrees to respect community rules, especially regarding common areas, swimming pools and barbecues.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>We would appreciate it if, upon departure, you leave the sheets and towels on the sofa.<br data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"749\">The accommodation should be left tidy, with the dishes clean and no rubbish.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tourist tax<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>According to Law 5\/2012 of 20 March, a tax on stays in tourist accommodations in Catalonia applies.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>Price: \u20ac1 per person per night (maximum \u20ac7 per person per stay)<\/span><span><br><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span>Exempt: under 17 years old<\/span><span><br><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Force majeure modifications<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>The property reserves the right, in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, to substitute the accommodation with another of similar characteristics. In the event of non-acceptance by the guest, the contract will be cancelled, and the full amount paid will be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and accepted all the listing conditions.
