Heute wird es von ihrer Tochter Anna Serradell Pumareda gef\u00fchrt, die den Geist, mit dem alles begann, weiterlebt: einladende R\u00e4ume zum Wohnen und Genie\u00dfen in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitllanca.cat\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Llan\u00e7\u00e0<\/strong><\/a> anzubieten.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere ersten Schritte widmeten sich der Vermarktung von H\u00e4usern, die als Zweitwohnsitze konzipiert waren. Im Laufe der Zeit und seit mehr als 35 Jahren haben wir uns auf die touristische Vermietung der acht Apartments spezialisiert, die wir als Familie direkt am Strand in einer der ruhigsten und angenehmsten Gegenden der Costa Brava verwalten.<\/p>\n<p>Direkt am Meer befindet sich Les Tres Farelles, ein Geb\u00e4ude mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und drei der bekanntesten Buchten von Llan\u00e7\u00e0: Farella Gran, Farella del Mig und les Tonyines. Das Meer ist so nah, dass man nur ein paar Stufen hinuntergehen muss, um darin zu schwimmen.<\/p>\n<p>Gleich dahinter liegt La Vinya Farella mit f\u00fcnf Apartments mit Blick auf das offene Meer. Der Name ist eine Hommage an unseren Gro\u00dfvater Pitu, Josep Serradell Escarpanter, der jahrzehntelang die Weinberge bewirtschaftete, die einst diesen Platz einnahmen.<\/p>\n<p>Seit unserer Kindheit genie\u00dft unsere ganze Familie die Sch\u00f6nheit dieses privilegierten Ortes, und wir k\u00fcmmern uns pers\u00f6nlich um jedes Detail, damit sich unsere G\u00e4ste willkommen f\u00fchlen.
